Founded on Practical Experience

Hamilton Quality was founded by Robert Holley, a quality leader with more than twenty five years of experience supporting regulated manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, biologics and medical device industries.

Robert has had extensive experience with organizations undergoing regulatory remediation, rapid growth, or quality system transformation. He has helped companies design and scope site remediation plans and has led specialized teams within sites undergoing quality system remediations. He has also functioned within quality teams, assisting companies with everything from clearing backlogs of batch record reviews, complaints, deviations or nonconformances to building systems that help prevent those backlogs from recurring, such as automated metrics and investigations training.

Hamilton Quality was established to bring that experience to organizations needing practical, risk-based quality support tailored to their specific challenges.
